Montrose assistance in implementing a risk management program normally takes a three phased
approach, comprising:
Phase 1:
- Risk Management Study, covering Risk Identification, Analysis and Assessment. The deliverable from Phase 1
is a Risk Management report.
Phase 2:
- Evaluating risk management options, preparing risk management plans and implementing a risk management
program.
Phase 3:
- Monitoring and reviewing the risk management program.
Phase 1 can be conducted as an initial, stand alone project, following which management may decide
on proceeding with the additional work proposal. The Risk Management report from Phase 1 will identify theexpected costs of further external consulting assistance if required, during the succeeding phases.
AusIndustry funding may be available to offset some of the external consultancy costs.
