Risk Management Workshop

Education Workshops in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra

Risk management is essential in the current climate of escalating compliance requirements, exposure
to litigation, competitive pressures, rapidly changing business requirements and ever-increasing technical complexity. Changes which increase exposure to risk include new regulations, new business systems, major projects and outsourcing initiatives.

We appreciate that in business today, a very high level of expertise from highly experienced personnel is
required – people who can “take charge” of projects from an initial working session. At Montrose, we are proud of our depth of knowledge in our areas of specialisation and of the reputation that we have built since the company was established in 1994.

Workshop Format:

This workshop is highly interactive, combining presentations and exercises. Working in groups,
participants will create specific deliverables covering aspects of risk management. Comprehensive workbooks contain the presentation materials, supplementary notes and references to web-based resources including templates, sample documents, and checklists.

  • Risk Management Overview – Modern risk management challenges; horror stories
  • AS/NZS 4360:2000 and related Guidelines
