Specific QA & testing issues addressed in the workshop include quality planning, test planning, test case design, and the application of test techniques and tools. Comprehensive student workbooks contain the presentation materials, supplementary notes and references to web-based resources including templates, sample documents, checklists and free testing tools.

National Chairman, Software Quality Association. His specialties are Software Process Improvement, Software Project Management, Software Quality Assurance and Software Testing and Risk Management. Ted has run training courses in Australia, USA, Singapore, Malaysia and PNG and has consulted to over 80 clients, including Australia Post, Australian Wheat Board, Australian Quarantine & Inspection Service, Coles Myer, IKEA, National Computer Board Singapore, Optus, State Rail Authority NSW and TAFE NSW.
